Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service so we can discuss your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected area.
Liability
We take reasonable care when providing cleaning services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by items that are improperly installed, secured, maintained, or repaired. Customers are encouraged to identify fragile, valuable, or delicate items before service.
Right to Refuse Service
​We reserve the right to refuse or end a cleaning service if the property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions, abusive or disrespectful behaviour, or circumstances that were not disclosed during booking and prevent us from safely completing the service.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and keep your personal information confidential. Information such as your name, address, contact details, booking information, and payment details is used only as needed to provide and manage our services. Photos of your home or business will not be used for promotional purposes without your permission.
Pricing and PaymentÂ
Cleaning prices are based on the size, condition, and specific cleaning needs of the property. Any additional services or requests not included in the original booking may result in an additional charge, which will be communicated to the customer before the work is completed whenever possible.

Payment is due at the time of service competed (within 24 hours) unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. All applicable taxes and fees will be communicated before payment is due. If payment is not received as agreed, future bookings may be cancelled or declined.
Damage and Breakage
​We take great care when cleaning your home or business. If accidental damage or breakage occurs during a service, please let us know as soon as possible. We will communicate openly and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
